Fermac Cargo and FTrade announce new Joint-Venture FF Group

 

Fermac Cargo, the leading Brazilian air-freight forwarder focused on perishables, has formed a Joint-Venture with the FTrade Group, a leading perishables sea-freight forwarder.

 

The Joint-Venture's services portfolio focuses in the organization of door-to-door perishables transport in air and sea modes. Customs clearance and specialized road transportation between the principal perishable production regions and the main Brazilian airports and ports complement the service offering.

 

Fermac Cargo, founded in 1981 in Campinas, SP, has a strong presence and operating bases in southeastern Brazil. The operations of the FTrade Group, founded in 2002 in Fortaleza, CE, are mainly concentrated in the northeast of the country.

The Joint Venture, called “FF Group”, will also count with Master Minds Capital, which invests in equity interests in the logistics industry.
